Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all! 🎄☃️🥂 This year, we had the honor of hosting Christmas dinner with my mom at our house. For dessert, I made this gingerbread eggnog cake decorated with mini fondant cookies (cutters and embosser from various Etsy shops).

Cookies for Santa Cake: Perfectly spiced gingerbread cake (recipe from the amazing @preppykitchen) filled with eggnog pastry cream and wrapped in eggnog buttercream. This combo is full of holiday flavor and tastes like Christmas on a fork. 🤤

A very merry unbirthday to the best big sister a girl could ask for! 🎉🎂 My sister is a huge Alice in Wonderland fan, and I knew this whimsical cake was the perfect way to commemorate her upcoming birthday. I love you, @ggreen413!! 💖😚

🥕 Combo Easter/Unbirthday Cake: This perfectly spiced carrot cake was wrapped in Tahitian vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and filled with homemade @lotusbiscoffus caramel and Biscoff buttercream. 🤤

Whimsical, Wonderland Adornments: Gold Shimmer @satin.ice fondant painted and dusted with @thesugarart Golden Halo luster dust (the perfect soft gold I wanted for this cake!). 🗝️✨ Mad Hatter hat, ribbons, roses and buttercream were colored with @americolor gel colors. 🎩💚🌹🩷

Ho ho ho - it's Christmas Eve! Wishing everyone here a happy and healthy holiday season! 🎄❤️ 🕎

We're celebrating here with a black forest cake - rich chocolate cake filled with whipped cream and brandied cherry compote and decorated with vanilla bean buttercream. ⁣To top it all off, I added a chocolate ganache drip, milk chocolate flakes, and fresh dark cherries. 🍒 Of course, I had to make it extra by spritzing the ganache and cherries with @fancysprinkles Fool's Gold Prism Powder. ✨🤩

TRICK OR TREAT! 🎃👻🍬 At long last, my favorite spooky holiday has arrived, and I'm so excited to share this fun, festive creation with you guys. I hope these whimsical characters and dark setting get in you the mood for trick or treating tonight. Happy Halloween to one and all!

The treat: Spiced, shredded apple cake made with freshly picked apples from @grimsorchard and filled with homemade caramel apple compote. 🍎 I wrapped the cake in Madagascar vanilla buttercream colored like a vibrant sunset. 🌆
